With so many sick days lost to stress related illnesses, more and more companies are looking for ways to improve their employees' welfare.


As well as individual sessions, I offer the following stress-busting solutions suitable for groups of employees:


5 week Introduction to mindfulness course

1 hour each week introducing techniques and the principles behind mindfulness.


Regular mindfulness practice sessions

60 minutes; or

2 x 30 minutes; or

3 x 20 minutes.

In these group meditation sessions I will lead sitting and movement meditations, depending on the space available. Usually held at lunchtime or first thing in the morning. While staff do not have to commit to attend these every week, it is important that everyone is on time, particularly for the shorter sessions.


Guided visualisations

20 - 60 minutes

Usually carried out seated, these sessions can focus on stress relief, relaxation, motivation, confidence building. releasing negative thoughts or on whatever else is required.
